LEGUMES are UNNECESSARY

Exercise Progress:

LEGUMES SUCH AS:

  • Beans (Black, kidney, pinto)
  • Lentils
  • Peanuts and peanut products such as peanut butter
  • Peas
  • Soy and soy products such as tofu

Should also be considered unnecessary. They are present some nutritious aspects and less anti-nutrients than the grains but they are still mostly carbohydrate and contribute for the problem of excess insulin production.

The fibers in beans and other legumes is unnecessary and possibly counterproductive when you can satisfy your need for fiber with adequate vegetables. And really, who needs the gas?

Eating reasonable amounts of vegetables , fruits, nuts and seeds provides plenty of fiber to ensure digestive health, as it has for two millions years.

Lectins experts such as Konstantin Monastyrsky, author of The Fiber Menace, believe that a grain based diet results in excessive fiber intake, resulting in nutrient depletion and digestive irregularities.

Instead of drinking a glass of juice loaded with sugar, enjoy eating the fruit with all its fiber and rich nutrients.

But if you’re resistant to stop eating legumes along with grains, I’ll give you this: legumes are slightly less offensive than grains, as they offer a bit more nutritional value and fewer anti-nutrients. However, in the context of rebooting your system and empowering your genes expression to longevity we need to prevent insulin overdose, and legumes are simply not necessary, besides that, it can compromise your health and weight loss goals.
