Reboot Your Body To Burn Fat Over Carbs

Exercise Progress:

KETOSIS X GLYCOLYSIS

Traditionally, the body operates in a state of glycolysis, using blood glucose as source of energy.

Ketosis is the metabolic process that causes the body (liver) to break down fatty acids into ketone bodies to be used for fuel.

That been said, our goal here is to reboot your body to use fat for fuel instead of carbohydrate & sugar.

Our lifestyle diet plan is ketogenic and Paleolithic based.

A Paleo diet focuses strongly on choosing whole foods that are nutrientdense, high-quality, and free from toxins.

21 DAY LYFE REBOOT PLAN is Keto and Paleo based with few twists for optimal health results taking in consideration that our goal is to upgrade you lifestyle including overall motion and endurance improvement.

We classified the days in PO “protein only” (keto based) and PC “protein and carbs” (paleo based).

A Quick Summary of The Differences Between PO days (Keto) And PC days (Paleo):

• Focus on Ketone Levels: A PO Keto day focuses on raising your body’s ketone levels by altering your food choices so you enter a metabolic state called nutritional ketosis. A PC Paleo day doesn’t pay attention to ketone levels.

• Amount of Carbs: A PO Keto day has a very low carbohydrate intake. While a PC Paleo day is certainly lower in carbs than many other diets out there, it typically still has a higher carb intake than a PO Keto days.

• Amount of Fat: A PO Keto day puts far greater emphasis on increasing your fat intake than a PC Paleo day. Although Paleo does encourage eating healthy fats, it’s not typically as high fat as a PO Keto day.
